Shipping policy

Orders ship via UPS 2nd Day Air with foil insulation. In hot climates, ice packs will be included at my discretion.
Shipments are scheduled for Monday, September 8th or Tuesday, September 9th to reduce weekend delays.
If you prefer overnight shipping, you must email me immediately after placing your order; I can upgrade for an additional cost.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the package upon delivery. If a package is left unattended (e.g., in the sun, at a parcel locker, or on a porch), I am not liable for damage due to heat, cold, or delays in opening.
